About the Author
Dr. Jie Zhu is a professor at School of Law in Wuhan University. He specializes in Constitutional Law, with research interests in Chinese Constitution, Party Politics, Cross-strait Relationship, Hong Kong Basic Law, German Basic Law, etc. He is the executive director of Wuhan University Research Center of Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Law, deputy director of Wuhan University Inner-party Laws and Regulations Center. He has authored 10 books and over 70 papers.
Ms. Xiaoshan Zhang is a PhD candidate at School of Law in Wuhan University. She specializes in Constitutional Law, with research interests in Constitutional Theory, Chinese Constitution, Hong Kong Basic Law, etc. She is an assistant researcher at Wuhan University Research Center of Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Law.
