An easy to build model construction kit of this open-top Beach Buggy from the late 1960s. The buggy was based on cheap VW Beetle chassis on which the bodywork made of plastic was mounted. The buggy is the epitome of the fun-mobile for the beach. It originated in the 1960s in California when hippies built their own plastic bodied cars and mounted them on the cheap to get VW Beetle chassis.
