Programator i debugger ULINK2 działa z układami z rodziny ARM7, ARM9, Cortex-M, 8051, i C166.
Pozwala na debuggowanie układowe ze pomocą JTAG, SWD, lub SWV na chipie oraz programowanie pamięci FLASH. Zasilany jest z kabla USB. Zakres napięcia układu docelowego może wynosić od 2.7V do 5.5V.
Prędkość JTAG do 10MHz, a śledzenie danych SWV (Serial Wire Viewer) dla Cortex-M do 1Mbit/s
integracja z IDE i debugerem Keil uVision.
