⭐ Operating Instructions:
A: Mode setting (factory default for electronic load mode): press and hold the start-stop button (small red button) at the same time to keep the tester live until the display shows Fun* when the button is released, turning the knob to change the settings, "Fun1" for electronic load mode, "Fun2" is battery capacity test mode. Press the start-stop button to go to the buzzer settings, also turning the knob to set the buzzer "bEon" on or "bEoF" off, when the settings are finished, press the start-stop button again, the tester will restart.
⭐II: Electronic Load Mode:
1. turn on the 12V power supply to start the electronic load mode, make sure that in the stop state (the "RUN" lamp does not light up, otherwise press the start-stop switch to turn off the load) under the connection of the tested power supply to test the input power port (P+P-), pay attention to the polarity, do not connect incorrectly!
2. set the current and lower voltage limit with the knob, turn the knob to set the value of the current setting position, press the knob to switch the setting digit, two digital indicators in the middle of the digital lamp and the digital lamp on the right side of the V A indicator at the same time to determine the current setting position.
3. Press the start-stop switch, the load will start working, the "RUN" will light up, the circuit will apply the set discharge current to the measured input power supply, and at the same time the actual input load voltage will be displayed in the upper row, and when the voltage is lower than the set lower limit voltage, the "RUN" light will start flashing and will be accompanied by a short buzzer alarm. When the voltage is lower than the set lower limit voltage, the "RUN" light flashes and is accompanied by a short audible alarm.
4. The current can be modified at any time during the test, if you want to modify the lower voltage limit, you need to stop the load before modifying.
The tester's automatic power saving function can save the set parameters and operating status when the power failure to resend the power supply is completely restored before the state and data power failure.
⭐III: Battery capacity test mode:
1. The tested battery must first be fully charged with a special charger!
2. turn on the tester power supply to go into battery capacity test mode, connect the positive and negative pole of the battery current line to the P+P- terminals, and if a four-wire device is used for testing, connect the positive and negative pole of the four-wire device voltage test interface to the V+V- port at the same time.
3. Set the discharge current and discharge termination voltage by turning the knob (see description II:2. ), after setting, press the start-stop switch, the tester will first detect the battery and line and automatically identify 2-4 wires ( 2-wire identification displays JS-2, 4-wire identification displays JS-4, if the display is incorrect, stop the test and check the wiring), then enter the test, then enter the test, if an error code appears, please refer to the description below. If there is an error code, please refer to the instructions below.
4) During the testing process, the battery voltage, the current Ah discharge capacity and the current Wh discharge energy will appear on the digital display. After the discharge is complete (the battery voltage is lower than the set voltage), the tester will display the data in Ah and start flashing quickly, which will be accompanied by a buzzer alarm sound.
5. Press the knob or start-stop switch to stop the alarm, you can turn the knob to display the battery discharge data, including Ah discharge capacity, Wh discharge energy and V platform voltage. Press the start-stop button again to clear the data and restore the initial configuration interface before testing the next battery.
⭕Additional Notes:
1. battery testing process can be adjusted at any time during discharge current,if you need to adjust the end voltage again,you can pause the discharge modification by pressing the start-stop switch (pausing the discharge will return to the settings page,during this time, the unloaded data will not be lost,if you need to clear the data, you can long press the start-stop switch,until 0,000Ah appears on the display).
2. The tester can automatically record the set parameters when the power is off and record all parameters and status when there is a power failure during the testing process and alarm status at the end of the test, and all will be restored automatically when the power is turned on again.
Code and meaning of error protection:
Err1: The voltage of the test battery is too high.
Err2: The battery voltage is lower than the set termination voltage, the battery is not connected or the battery is reversed.
Err3: The internal resistance of the line is too large or the battery is unable to withstand the set discharge current.
Err4: Circuit failure.
Err6:Inadequate working power supply, please replace the power supply with a standard 12V adjustable power supply, and the power current is not less than 0,5A.
otP: protection against overheating.
Ert: Temperature probe failure or too low temperature.
ouP: Excessive voltage in electronic load mode.
oPP: instantaneous high power in electronic load mode.
