How to set the display mode:

Duplicate mode, extend mode, second screen only mode, just press "Windows + P" to select the mode. Landscape and portrait mode, just press "windows + i" to enter settings, find "system" and "display direction".

- Q1: Does it support vesa mounts?

- A1: We apologize for the lack of support.

- Q2: Is it compatible with iPhone?

- A2: Yes, but the iPhone needs a Lightning to HDMI adapter.

- Q3: When I connect the monitor to my device, the monitor turns on, shows the logo, then says "no signal".

- A3: If it's a USB-C connection, please make sure your device's USB-C port is a full-featured USB-C port that includes video output. Otherwise, it will not connect successfully, the monitor will show "no signal". If it is an HDMI connection, you need to connect the USB charging cable to power the monitor at the same time. Please check if the connection is correct.

Warm Tips:

Phones that don't have a fully functional Type-C port require an adapter to connect (iPhone needs a Lightning to HDMI adapter).

Please check that your device's Type-C port is a fully functional Type-C port. If not, the Uperfect portable monitor will not be compatible with it.

The HDMI port does not support power transfer. The monitor needs to be connected to an auxiliary power supply if you are using the HDMI/mini DP port for connection.

If the monitor seems to flicker or reboot when adjusting brightness or others, please check whether the power supply is sufficient for the monitor.
