The subject of the auction is Wotel - premium modular building

Wotel, rated as a five-star object, is composed of five apartments occupying the floor area of 25 sqm with a mezzanine bedroom. Inside the building, in its common part, there is a spacious hall leading to apartments and two utility rooms. Featuring proprietary construction, the building is situated on micro-piles and can be located on any land or body of water (on steel floats).

Six Wotels are based on the Vistula river in Kraków at the foot of the Wawel Castle and functions as a hotel and an office space.

PREMIUM version:

Outside: elevation made of dibond/HPL, sliding balcony doors, external doors.

Inside the building: internal doors with magnetic card door locks, staircase with a storage space underneath with transparent powder coating, wooden oak shelves and banisters, walls filled in on panel joints and ready to add wall finish, the floor in the room on the mezzanine prepared for laying the flooring. The bathroom: glass door, finished heated floor, shower tray and a Corian washbasin, a shower glass panel and installation prepared for sanitary ware, HPL ceiling panels, walls prepared for painting or covering.

Technical elements: sewage pumping station, wiring with electrical fixtures, prepared for lighting installation, power points and light switches, outdoor lighting, smart home system to be adapted, composite decking on terraces, balcony railing from the side of the room, the heat pump, air conditioning, mechanical ventilation (recuperation) water boiler, installation ready to set up Wi-Fi network and monitoring system.

Apart from all the elements offered in the Premium version, there are some extra features included here: the bathroom comes fully finished with a mirror and lights, the walls in the room are white painted, the wall underneath the mezzanine is cladded with wood, there is a King Size bed 180 cm wide, hotel-style fitted carpets in the rooms and in common parts, curtains in the windows and lighting in the rooms, on the mezzanine, stairs and next to a closet under the stairs.

Moveable furniture that forms part of the furnishing includes: a double sofa that can be converted into a bed in the living area, a desk chair, a coffee table, a balcony set comprising two chairs and a small table, a bracket to mount a TV set. Additionally, rooms may be equipped with TV sets, hotel safes, minibars, mattresses and standard hotel bed linen.

Transport and piles / foundations – costs are calculated on an individual basis depending on the destination, following the principle: the larger the order, the lower the costs. Your wotel will be delivered to any destination in the world.
