Das hätte ein Jodorowsky kaum besser hinbekommen: Zwei Jahre nach seinem internationalen Durchbruch mit HARDWARE wagte sich Regisseur Richard Stanley mit DUST DEVIL an einen ungewöhnlichen Genre-Bastard. Zu gleichen Teilen von afrikanischer Naturmystik sowie Italo-Western inspiriert, schuf er einen surrealen und unvergesslichen Horror-Albtraum, der nicht nur dank des eindrucksvollen Soundtracks unter die Haut geht.
